What happens now?

Once we have received your details they will be reviewed and a member of our assessment team will be in touch to arrange an initial assessment appointment.

These are usually telephone appointments but we can offer face to face if this better suits your circumstances. We are also able to arrange for an interpreter to be present if English is not your preferred language.

What happens after?

After your initial assessment appointment we will usually arrange a follow-up with you where the next steps can be arranged.

You may be offered a course of counselling or psychological therapies with our IAPT and wellbeing services or we may recommend a referral elsewhere if this better suits your needs at the time.
