What happens now?

If there are any problems with your referral we will be in touch with you.

Otherwise we will contact you by phone within a few days to arrange a telephone triage session. If we can't contact you by phone we will write asking you to call the service.

What happens after?

After your telephone triage session we will arrange a follow-up to discuss what happens next.

You may be offered a course of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), or referred elsewhere if this better suits your needs at the time.
